Project details: Strengthening and repair of 13 bridges on motorway Veles - Katlanovo / Republic of Macedonia, strengthening of the superstructure and substructure, total length: 2.33km.

• Rehabilitation of the superstructure of the bridges:
  • Removal of existing asphalt and guardrails;
  • Construction of new RC deck slab;
  • Installation of New Jersey barriers;
  • Installation of waterproofing;
  • Construction of new asphalt pavement;
  • Construction of new derange system;
  • Installation of new expansion joints WR50/WR75/WOSD100 (352 lm).

• Rehabilitation of the substructure:
  • Repairing of reinforced concrete surface with special mortars;
  • Strengthening of RC bridge elements with carbon tapes;
  • Jacketing of beams and columns;
  • Repairing of foundations;
  • Arrangement of slops and cones on bridge abutments;
  • Strengthening of the embankments;

Strengthening of cross girders with external post-tensioning with strand type T15GG and anchorage type 3C15 and Replacement of elastomeric bearings on 11 bridges (912 pcs).
